It's Getting Hot In Here
"It's Getting Hot In Here...Take off all your clothes" is what I keep hearing during my Glo-Aerobics class today. It's been a long time since I've stepped into the gym again but Chhimi and I did, first time since we've gotten back from vacation. Some people definitely have some moves and some people think they have moves but they really don't. Me...I know I have NO moves :-) so it's all good to me. The class was way fun but when they say LOW-impact, it doesn't mean anything...I still sweated like a piggie.
